No. Tabsy is for tracking on your end. When you settle up, share the summary as plain text — your friends just need to send the money however you already do (Venmo, bank transfer, cash, whatever).

Yes — through your private iCloud account. If you sign in to multiple iPhones with the same Apple ID, your tabs stay in sync automatically. We never see your data; it goes through Apple's CloudKit infrastructure, which you control.

Yes. Everything works fully offline on a single device. iCloud sync is entirely opt-in — enable or disable it at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps using iCloud.

Each expense can be in its own currency. Settlements are calculated per currency — so a trip across three countries produces three clean settlement lists, not a confusing converted total.

Yes. When logging an expense, choose "Custom amounts" to set exactly how much each person owes. Live validation confirms the amounts add up correctly.

Quick Split is a standalone calculator — no tab required. Enter a total amount, add an optional tip percentage, and choose how many people are splitting. Share the per-person amount as text. Nothing is saved.

From any open tab, tap Share → Export as CSV. The CSV includes all expenses with amounts, who paid, who shared, and the category.

Anytime. In the app, go to Profile → Reset → "Erase all data". This wipes the local database and resets your preferences. iCloud-synced copies on your other devices clear on next sync.

Tabsy requires iOS 18 or later.

Not currently. Tabsy is built specifically for Apple platforms.

Deleting the app removes all local data on that device. If you had iCloud sync enabled, data remains in iCloud and re-syncs if you reinstall. To remove iCloud data too, go to iCloud.com → Account Settings → Tabsy, or turn off Tabsy's iCloud access before deleting.
